I have recently purchased new Marker Squire bindings and have doubts as to whether the heel pieces are functioning adequately. The shop has said it is just ice under the heel- however both my husband and I are pretty sure it is more than that. They are really hard to step into and when I fell forward at speed yesterday they didn’t release. The DIN settings are correct and the same as I have always used (ie 4 1/2 -low!) I have written my concerns to Marker- however I wondered if anyone else has had similar experiences. Is there an easy way of home testing the release function?
