Is there anywhere I can hire ABS rucksacks (or similiar) in Chamonix? Thanks

You must be able to rent them all over.

Pezier sports in Argentiere (up the valley) do hire ABS and have spares too:-

Pezier have two in stock all the time and can get hold of two more. They charge € 29 per day.

Snell charge € 24 per day.
