Scarpa intuition liner woes

I’ve just asked Skalp (http://www.skalp.fr) to send me F3 Intuition liners back to Scarpa. The problem is the inner liner has come unglued from the thermo-foam. This wouldn’t worry me too much but it causes blisters when climbing. I’ve not seen this with my last two pairs of old style Scarpa liners. Anyone else noticed this with the Intuitions?

i’ve not had any problems, but i do have on or two carefully placed pieces of tape to protect.

i’ve not taken them out for a while so i might just have to have a look to check everything is ok. its not good when things cause blisters!
