SN Chartrousin were planning on climbing to the summit of the Charmant Som. That meant the road would be pisted and in good condition. I accompanied them to 100 meters (vertical) from the summit but the final traverse is above 200 meter cliffs and I wasn't sure about the descent (I guess I could have walked it). Bravo to the guys and girls who went to the summit but they are better skiers than me. Excellent conditions on the plateau but the descent was awful. Fantastic end of season conditions.
Good at 10am for the climb, just some stick bits in the sun. Very sticky skiing down after the first bend, I took 17 minutes instead of 7. Limited regel on the Charmant Som, ok for skiing but poles would break through the crust although there was a subcrust at 15cm.
