For financial reasons Action Sport Media has decided to stop publication of three of its four magazines, amongst them 2FreeSki, a pan European magazine published in three languages and concentrating, logically, on the freeskiing scene. With a mix of excellent photographs and punchy stories 2FreeSki magazine had built a loyal following over the last couple of years.
Advertising revenues have been hit hard since the end of the stock market boom and some other ski magazines are rumoured to have had difficulties recently. It is not known if this was behind ASM’s decision. A contact at Action Sport Media told us that they will try to keep subscribers informed of the situation. 2FreeSki.com, the magazine’s website was off-line today.
Onboard magazine, focussing on the snowboard scene, will continue publication.
