Google launched version 5.2 of Google Earth on the 14th June. Version 5.0 added the ability to talk directly to your GPS and 5.2 extends this to add the ability to view elevation, speed, and other data as a graph directly in Google Earth. In short what most other GPS mapping software lets you do already. I can see a lot of outdoor folk liking this though. Trip playback has been improved. There is also iPad support and an integrated web browser (Chrome everywhere?)

This version of Google earth is excellent it has got many great features. This newest version of google earth was dedicated to supporting athletes and their gps devices. One of its great feature is you can capture the elevation profile of your track and also you can import the GPS data with which so many prople are attracted towards it.

However the Kindle Fire is sold in america only (right?), so the impact on the international iPad sales (at least 50% of ipad sales i’m guessing) should be near zero.  apple accessory ipad2case leather ipad 2 cases
