A level four risk has been forecast for tomorrow below 3000m. Sunny slopes in the afternoon particularly risky.

It is going to be hot. The Haute Savoie bulletin is talking about a “critical day” with “great care” needed. These are natural avalanches but they don’t preclude skiers triggering a full depth slide by “cutting the slope when the snow is rotten”. Crust on the safer northern slopes below 2200 meters too.
