I wanted to cover all the pistes today which I did. I also skied up to Chamrousse 1750 to find the new piste but it wasn't marked so maybe wasn't prepared outside of the holidays or with the work needed on the fresh snow? (I checked, holidays only, it is called Alpine Moon). Cold when I arrived and the snow is like the stuff you get at the start of the season - a bit soft and poles break through a lot - maybe need bigger baskets?
I worked a bit on left / right V1 transitions. Freeskiing and weight transfer.

30cm of fresh snow that has been pisted overnight. Pretty soft in places so you can get a bit bogged down. Cold with a strong north wind out of the woods.
