Afternoons skiing at les 7 Laux. The parking was rammed and it was difficult to get through the parked cars, we were door handle to door handle in places. However once on the pistes there were not many people about - apparently put off by the hard snow on some slopes. We did a couple of tours of the vallons du Pra, it is around 900 meters of descent although we took the easier entrance given the conditions. The vallons was in the shade but we chased the sun around other slopes, east and west and the skiing was quite pleasant.

Soft snow on north facing slopes. Some icy / hard snow on pistes. Scralped and mogully off piste. Lack of snow under 1600 meters.
