Just rolled around concentrating on technique - planting forwards, getting body stacked over skis, flexion/extension. All that jazz. Rolling a bit better which was reflected in times close to my PBs without really pushing things. GPS missed first 2km from Labs.
31.5C at 13h00. It felt warm but not extreme. Ch des Cantines in only really rollable in this direction due to potholes on the other side of the road. Not many cars as everyone is on vacation. When you come through the tunnel to the Innovallee the road has collapsed a bit leaving a curb which I stepped over. Otherwise everything pretty clean.
