I got up reasonably early (for a Sunday) but it was already warm, fortunately the first section is in the trees. I skated at a reasonable pace, more focussed on technique hence 3m51 overall. I will have do some speed work as well but there were a lot of cyclists on the path. Swam afterwards in lac St Andre.
V. hot. Path overgrown by the bois francais but good otherwise.
