We took the bus from Crolles to les 7 Laux for 1 euro, bike included. Not bad value. From Prapoutel we cycled over to the Nordic area then descended the left hand side of the Prabert stream on a forest trail to the Col du Lauteret then continued along the ridge to les Adret and Brignoud. Mostly downhill and mostly easy cycling.
Some standing water in places but mainly dry with good grip. Cool at altitude but warm still in the valley.
