Early start due to the heat wave and a lot of people had the same idea. I was working on technique: high on the skis and using body weight to push, bending the knees as well as the hips. Skated at 3m33/km which was quite good really. A little under 20 minutes for the outgoing leg.
Very warm, even before 9am. First heatwave of the summer.
