On this, the 7th training session we were focussed on balance and upper body with our coach Etienne as you can see in the video below. The idea is to flex ankles, push getting weight forward as you would in classic skiing. This should then cross over to one skate.
Hard icy snow at 9am. From 9h30 the skiing was good and still ok when I left at 11am due to a good overnight refreeze. Some sticky sections in directly sunlight on south facing slopes.
