Description

Good in parts, like the Curate's Egg. The wind has considerably affected the snow. It has been blowing strongly from the north for a couple of days. This has moved snow from N to S faces leaving ridgelines rocky but with big accumulations on lee slopes. There was evidence of a small avalanche on the SW ridge of the Pravouta this afternoon. Snow was compact where it was wind exposed, not great to ski. Things got better in the shelter of the woods and lower down on the fields.

Weather: Cold, windy, cloudy
