Saint Lary ski resort in the French Pyrénées hosts the Xtrem Freeride over the weekend of the 11 to 13th of March 2005. The event is organized as a ‘raid’. Teams of 2 riders (ski, snowboard and télémark) fight it out on the best backcountry spots in the station. The winner will be the fastest team over 5000 meters of descent.
