Body of Missing Skier Discovered at Deux-Alpes

The body of a Belgium skier, resident of Brussels, reported missing on Sunday night has been discovered by rescue workers this morning.

The alert was given by his friends at 21h30, they had become concerned that he had not returned from skiing.  The 25 year old man was found at the foot of a 30 meter cliff below the Isère ski resort of Les Deux Alpes.  It seems that the man had become disorientated in poor visibility while trying to reach the ski resort by an off-piste route.
