These areas are now becoming very well developed for Mountain Biking. They have many marked trials at all levels and some great secrets for those that know the areas. Some lifts are open July and August making it possible to go as high as nearly 3000m weather permitting without any effort and then a 2 or 3 hour decent back to the valley is possible depending on the route you take..
