Hi,
I am a backcountry enthusiast from Colorado. I love to climb mountains via skis, crampons, hands and feet, etc. I will be in Toulouse for several days following a workshop in December, and am looking for partners to show me around the Pyrenees. I am experienced in avalanche safety and value my life over any summit. I will be bringing my touring gear, but I am not sure if I can fit my snow camping gear as well. I will not have a car, but will be happy to buy gas.
I’ve found some info suggesting the Hecho and Aragon valleys, these sound like low angle touring for the most part. I’m really hoping to find some POWDER, and I’m sure there’s a powder hound out there that can lead me to the stash. Several days of blower in the Pyrenees would make me the happiest man in France
