Description

Route: Tour du Pre de l'Arc x 1, Myrtilles x 3

Conditions

Around 10cm of fresh snow had fallen overnight. Not enough to open up any new terrain. I did a tour of the blue which was covered with powder on an ice/rock base. Ok if you skied lightly and fun on the descents. Then stuck to the 3km myrtilles green loop after clearing the rocks on the first tour. This had been pisted. The snow canon snow was great to ski, the real snow a bit soft. I now know what use snow canon snow is - for cross country skiing.

Weather: cold, overcast
