Very warm this afternoon but didn't have the motivation to go out this morning. Surprised that the first 100 meters still doesn't have sufficient snow cover to ski. Apart from that only 500 meters of the Ramiettes is open. Mike and I skied all the way to the 4 chemins in January. It really shows how much damage the rain did last week. Climb to the refuge was ok - two other bare patches but overall good. At 37 minutes still 9 minutes of my PB but some of that down to the snow. The Luisard black was excellent skiing - but at 1800 meters. The descent was a bit ruined by a snow scooter leaving rails - best to descend before 5pm when they do piste work.
