The ski resort of Manigod Croix-Fry is situated in the Aravis area of the Haute-Savoie department in the Northern Alps region. The lift served area extends from 1440 metres to 1760 metres. There are 25 km of lift served runs.
The name of the Merdassier sector reflects the fact that the plateau was covered in sheep poo during the summer and this was collected and used as fuel in the winter.
