The gps didn't start properly but time was around 3m50/km. I was focusing a bit more on technique:
Getting hips forward after each stroke
Poles planted square and not too far from skis
Getting arm and pole extension
Hard to focus on all 3 at the same time but it seems to generate a bit more power.
Surprisingly dry and debris free. Not too many cyclists at lunch but it was cold and windy.
